The photo team, Kayleigh van der Gulik, Magdalena Pilko and Clara von Waldthausen, had a booth at the Dialogue - Vintage Photography fair in Amsterdam on Saturday 18 September. An annual event with 1,700 m2 of vintage photography & photo books, numerous galleries, a dynamic program with workshops, artist talks and a panel discussion, dialogue tables, food, drinks and other festivities. Clara von Waldthausen gave a well attended lecture. The photo team helped visitors identify their photographic works, talked about Project Photography and answered questions about conservation and preservation of photographs and photographic artworks. Specially for this day, the SBMK and the photo team have drawn up guidelines for the handling, storage and display of photo works. These were free to take and can also be downloaded here.
